A certified elder law attorney, Ms. Meyers has extensive experience advising individuals and families on wills, trusts, Medicaid planning, and related legal matters. She will be joined by a legacy giving professional from Franciscan Mission Associates. 

Together, they will explain key elements of estate planning, including wills, trusts, and other tools to ensure your wishes are clearly expressed and honored. The conversation will address common questions, practical considerations, and the peace of mind that thoughtful planning can provide. 

The webinar will also explore how personal values and faith can be reflected in an estate plan. For many supporters of FMA, this includes considering how their planning may help sustain our work in education, healthcare, and spiritual care, creating lasting change for future generations in need.
