Our Return & Exchange Policies

Returns policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with any item that you select from our online shop. If you’re not satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as follows:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • First, please email us at admin@franciscanmissionassoc.org or call us to let us know, then…
  • Please ship your item to: 274-280 West Lincoln Ave. Mount Vernon, NY 10550, United States. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the returnee, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival (in which case, please see Exchange Policy below).
  • Once your item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. When approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchange policy

Damaged items

  • If your item has arrived damaged, we will gladly exchange it for a new one.
  • Please take a photograph of the damaged item and email it to us, along with your proof of purchase, to admin@franciscanmissionassoc.org.
  • Once we have received confirmation of your damaged item, we will ship a replacement and will call or email you with a confirmation.

Other exchanges

  • If you are not satisfied with your item when you receive it, we will gladly exchange it for a different item or provide a refund, as per our Returns Policy.
